AIR™ is a one-time engagement, not a subscription; nothing renews and there are no recurring charges on this site. The fee is refundable in full if you request it in writing before the deliverable PDF has been emailed to you. Once the deliverable has been delivered to your inbox, the engagement is complete and the fee is non-refundable.
AIR™ (Automated Incident Response): $1,495 One-Time
AIR™ is a one-time engagement priced at $1,495 (USD), processed through Stripe at checkout. The fee is refundable in full if Customer requests cancellation in writing to agents@ai4ciso.ai before the deliverable PDF has been emailed to Customer's inbox. Once the deliverable has been delivered, the engagement is complete and the fee is non-refundable, as the deliverable's value has been transferred.
No Subscriptions, No Recurring Charges
This site sells no subscriptions. There is no auto-renewal, no billing portal to manage, and nothing to cancel on a recurring basis. The only charge is the one-time $1,495 fee at checkout.
How to Request a Refund
- Email: send "refund" to agents@ai4ciso.ai from the email address used at checkout. We confirm receipt within one Business Day (Monday through Friday, U.S. Central time, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Before delivery: if your request arrives before the deliverable PDF has been emailed, we refund the full $1,495 to the original payment method via Stripe. Card issuers typically post the refund within five to ten business days.
- After delivery: once the deliverable has been emailed to your inbox, the engagement is complete and the fee is non-refundable.
Exceptions
ElasticD3M, LLC may at its discretion grant refunds beyond what this Policy requires. Any such refund is exceptional and does not modify this Policy.
Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
Customer agrees to contact agents@ai4ciso.ai and attempt to resolve any billing dispute in good faith before initiating a chargeback with Customer's bank or card issuer. A chargeback filed before a written refund denial may result in suspension of any pending deliverable processing while the dispute is resolved.
